Return & Refund Policy

At INTIMOEROS, every piece of our personalized lingerie is uniquely hand-crafted for you. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality intimate apparel. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns or Exchanges) Due to the custom-made nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations regarding intimate apparel, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any personalized lingerie. Once an order is placed and production begins, the unique item cannot be resold or reused.

2. Order Modifications and Cancellations Because each order is custom-made, requiring 1-4 business days for production, we begin processing your design shortly after your purchase.

  • If you need to change your customization details or cancel your order, you must contact us at info@intimoeros.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • After 24 hours, the production process has already begun, and no cancellations or modifications can be accepted.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items We take great care in crafting and inspecting your order. However, if you receive a defective item, or if the personalization does not match your original order details, we will gladly make it right.

  • Please contact us at info@intimoeros.com within 7 days of receiving your package (Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days).

  • You must include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.

  • Upon verification, we will send a replacement free of charge. We do not issue monetary refunds for defective items; we will strictly replace them to ensure you receive the perfect item.

4. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Exclusions Notwithstanding the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal, please note that custom-made and personalized products are strictly excluded from this regulation.
